Growing up in Mississippi as the eldest of five, I married early after High School. Sadly, our marriage crumbled. As a single parent to two boys, I navigated emotional trauma, abuse, and self-doubt, leading to tumultuous relationships and feelings of invisibility.

Transitioning from this turmoil, I found empowerment through a life coach who helped me channel my resilience into supporting others facing similar struggles. Building on my 35+ years of experience in healthcare and 8+ years in business management, I have created a practical system to guide individuals in overcoming personal challenges. Now happily remarried in Texas with a supportive family, I find purpose in mentoring diverse groups, drawing from my faith as a Bible teacher to instill hope and resilience in others facing adversity.

I equip and motivate others to overcome obstacles, believe in their capabilities, and achieve transformation by declaring, "I can, I will, I did."
